How to check voicemail on other extensions

If you need to check voicemail on another extension

1. To check voicemail of another extension, or to update voicemail greetings etc., Dial “999” from any physical phone.
2. Once the voicemail system has connected, press the “#” key. You will be requested to enter the extension number of the phone you wish to check, or make changes to.
3. Enter the extension you would like to connect to, and then enter in the voicemail pin for the extension you are checking.
4. Provided the details are correct, you will be able to listen to any recorded voicemails and update voicemail and other greetings for this extension.
5. When you are finished, hang up the call and the changes will be applied straight away.
