Submit A Suspicious Email to Sentrian

Submit via My Sentrian

  1. Take a screenshot of the suspicious email
    • If you do not know how to take a screenshot, please see this article for steps: Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots
    • Please ensure you include the following in the screenshot:
      • Email subject
      • Email Sender
      • Email contents
  2. Submit a new ticket here: My Sentrian – I need help with SPAM or whitelisting
    • Please ensure you include the screenshot in the ‘Attachments’
    • Include a brief message about why you sent the email, and call us if it is urgent.

Submit via Email

  1. Take a screenshot of the suspicious email
    • Please ensure to include the following in the screenshot:
      • Email subject
      • Email sender
      • Email contents
  2. Send the screenshot to requests@sentrian.com.au, include a brief message about why you sent the email, and call us if it is urgent.

Failure to do the above may result in a delay in your ticket being looked at or our engineer requesting more information.

Still Unsure? We Can Help

Please do not forward the message as an attachment to Sentrian.
If the email is a spam or phishing email, it will most likely be caught in our spam filters when you send it to us.

You no longer have to send your Spam or Phishing emails to Sentrian to report them, please follow our helpful guide below:

If spam email attachment is required for investigation

If Service Desk is not able to determine if the email is legitimate from a screenshot, they may request you to send the email as an attachment.

Please do not do this as a first step, if we are not expecting your email, it may get caught in our spam filters.

Outlook

  1. Select the email you want to forward as an attachment.
  2. On the Home tab click on the More option next to the forward option.
  3. Click on Forward as Attachment.

  4. Send the email to the address provided by the engineer.
