Service Levels

Our Service Desk Engineers are available to respond to incidents and support requests according to the times set by your service level – Business Care or Critical Care.

Your staff can call during these hours or email anytime and we will respond within these hours.

Business Care
Standard Hours
7:00am – 6:00pm
Monday – Friday*
Emergency After Hours
360 days/year**

 * Excluding national public holidays.
** Our Service Desk is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Critical Care
Standard Hours
7:00am – 6:00pm
7 days/week~
Emergency After Hours
360 days/year~

 ~ Our Service Desk is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday.
