Duo Workstation Login Flow
- When signing into a workstation that is enrolled in Duo MFA, after entering your username and password, a Duo Authentication box will appear.
- Your default Duo MFA device (usually your phone) will then be prompted as normal.
- Complete the Duo prompt to complete the Windows Sign-in
Remember Your Device
Please note that this feature is not enabled by default and is enabled at the company’s discretion.
- When signing in, you will notice a “Remember me for X hours”

- Tick this box to save your current session and prevent yourself from being prompted again when logging in for the specified period.
- Please note that if you reboot your computer or lose internet access, you will be required to complete a prompt again.
Setup Duo Offline Access
Please note that:
- This feature is not enabled by default and is enabled at the company’s discretion.
- This feature requires the use of the Duo app on your phone, users who do not use the Duo app cannot configure offline login and will be required to connect to the internet when signing in
When signing in you will be prompted to configure Duo offline access:

- On the computer
- When prompted, Ensure the “Duo Mobile Passcode” option is selected
- Select Activate now
- On your phone
- Open the Duo app on your phone
- Select the “+ Add” (or ‘+’) button in the top right, then select “Use QR Code”
- Scan the presented QR code
- Enter a name for this computer, then select “Save”
- Select “Show Passcode”
- Note the passcode, this will refresh every 30 seconds
- On the computer
- Select “Enter Offline Code”
- Enter the current code showing on your device (without a space)
- Done
