If we have recently changed your DUO MFA to use Microsoft Azure Conditional Access policies instead of DUO federation, the login process is simpler and faster. Please see below for the new and old login processes to see the difference.
Old Login Flow
- Type email and click next
- Get redirected to the federated Duo login
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In
- Select send me a push
Push sent
- Accept the push and you’re done
New Login Flow
- Type email and click next
Enter your password
- Duo will prompt your phone, no option selection required.
- Accept the prompt and you are done
